Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.

Because every item is made to order, our timeline is split into two parts:

• Production Time: 3–4 business days (Mon-Fri) including print, stitch, quality check and Secure packaging.
• Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (Mon-Fri)
• Total Estimated Delivery: 8–11 business days(Mon-Fri) from the date you place your order. See more here.

Tracking details are emailed after shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. You can track your order directly to the courier's website or on our order tracking page.

As a made-to-order business, every item is uniquely manufactured just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences.

We understand fit can be tricky! We offer size exchanges for T-shirts, sweat shirts within 10 days of delivery.

Note: Since we have to manufacture a brand new item for you, a flat ₹150 exchange fee applies to cover reverse pickup and reshipping. For more info, visit our retrun and refund policy.

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Yes. Please enter the name or text you would like printed in the personalization text box located below the Quantity section before adding the product to your cart. Please double-check the spelling, capitalization, and any special characters before placing your order. Your item will be printed exactly as the text is submitted, and we may not be able to make changes once production begins.

If the personalization text box located below the Quantity section at the personalized product page is left blank when placing your order, our team will contact you using the email or phone number provided to collect the required details before production begins.

Once a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yes, You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
