Made-to-Order Production

All the Stellaire products are made to order. Each item is printed, stitched, inspected, and packed only after your order is placed.
This process helps reduce waste and maintain consistent quality.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within India only. Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time is 7:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time. Orders placed after the time are processed on the next working day.

Order Production Time

Orders are produced within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Production includes:

  • Printing and stitching
  • Quality inspection
  • Secure packaging

Shipping & Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. (Monday–Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: 8–11 business days (Monday–Friday) from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to:

  • Public holidays

Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. You can track your order directly to the courier's website or on our order tracking page.

If your order has not arrived within the mentioned timeframe or lost during shipping, please contact us. We will review your case with the courier partners and arrange a refund, or suitable solution.
