Return & refund policy

At Stellaire, we aim to provide clear and fair policies for our customers. Please read the following information regarding exchanges, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Made-to-Order Products
As our products are made-to-order after you place your order, we may not always be able to accept returns for subjective reasons such as change of mind. However, we do offer size exchanges for eligible items and full refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
2. Size Exchanges (Fit Issues)
We understand sizing can sometimes vary. If you need a different size, we can facilitate a size exchange under the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Eligible products: Women's t-shirts & sweatshirts
- Exchange request window: within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags/labels intact
Exchange Fee
- ₹150 exchange fee applies to cover reverse pickup + reshipping
- This fee is confirmed with you before the exchange is initiated
Exclusions (Not Eligible for Size Exchange)
- Clearance / sale items
- Personalized items / Customized / special-request orders (final sale)
What Can / Can’t Be Exchanged
- Exchange is for size only (same product, same design)
- We cannot exchange for a different color or a different product
Size Chart Disputes / Free Correction Rule
If the exchange is requested because the received product’s measurements differ from our size chart:
A free correction may apply only if there is a variation of more than 1 inch from our published size chart (after verification).
How to Request a Size Exchange
Email support@stellaire.in with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Current size and requested size
3. Replacement / Refund (Defects & Errors)
We stand by our product quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or full refund.
Eligible Cases
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong color, product, or size sent (different from what you ordered)
- Print quality issues
Reporting Window
You must report within 24 hours of delivery
Proof Required
Email support@stellaire.in with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of packaging (if relevant)
Verification Timeline
- Our team reviews and verifies claims typically within 2–3 business days
- After verification, you can choose replacement, or
full refund
Item Condition Requirement
To be eligible for refund/replacement, items must be:
- unused and unwashed
- in original condition
- with all tags/labels intact
We may not accept items that appear:
- used or washed
- damaged due to customer handling
- with strong scents (e.g., perfume), stains, or alterations
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the made-to-order process.
5. Return Address & Shipping
All authorized returns, replacements, and size exchanges must be sent back to our official facility.

6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed only for approved cases under Section 2.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
