If the personalization field is left blank when placing your order, our team will contact you using the email or phone number provided to collect the required details before production begins.
Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?
Since personalized items are custom-made, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or printing error.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I receive my personalized product damaged or incorrect?
If you receive your personalized product damaged item or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution
How can i track my order status?
Tracking details are emailed after shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. You can track your order directly to the courier's website or on our order tracking page.
